I think GTA is a good example of exaggerated social critique. People call it violent, but it's just art imitating life (and greatly exaggerating it). Because the player is given so much freedom, that exageration potentially becomes even greater. The fact that it has become successful just reinforces the idea that people have violent impulses. Also, the game is only as violent as the person playing it, to some degree. I think that's what this video is making fun of.
